Problem

The client wanted help to better understand how to take implementation of Industry 4.0 to the next level. They understood that emerging technologies such as AI, Cloud Edge and 5G are playing an increasing role, but they needed help to understand, how they could leverage these technology enablers to deliver continued automation and value creation for their clients.

Solution

A new business strategy was needed to guide the client on how new emerging technologies leveraging the clients existing capabilities would enable them to create value for all customer segments. The strategy needed to be ecosystem driven and highlighting most relevant partners.

Result

We developed a Playbook for Industry 4.0 & 5G and a Use Case Catalogue highlighting the most relevant use cases for relevant client segments including value propositions and go-to-market models. The two deliverables were tested in specific client engagements in several industries.
