Founder & CEO lars tofft
Lars is a senior international executive with a strong leadership and commercial background from a global leader in the tech industry. Having successfully managed assignments for growth, turnaround, organisational design, cultural change, M&A and strategy, his signature is complex problem solving in a constant changing business. As a leader, he excels in a team environment, where there is a need to create new solutions to challenging situations in a cross functional setting.
Since some years back, he has expanded his capabilities to also serve SME’s and tech StartUps, where he acts as an advisor, board member, investor and (interim) CEO for PE/VC firms. His clients also include leading global consulting firms, where he has delivered strategy and business development assignments.
Lars holds a Master in Business Administration and Business Law supplemented with executive educations from INSEAD, Columbia University, Oxford University and MIT.

We believe that technology has become an increasingly important enabler for value creation in enterprises and that digital leaders manage to leverage technology to create value for their stakeholders better than their peers. Our mission is to help clients secure value creation in business transformations and to help them deliver on the Industry 4.0 vision. We can do that either as a member or an advisor to the board, an executive interim manager or as an consultant.
